GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Everside Health is looking for a proven business intelligence professional to lead a team of BI developers and analysts. In addition to building and managing a team, this role will work closely with the data engineering group, key stakeholders and company leaders to define and execute our analytics strategy. The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering business and clinical insights and information in a fast-growing environment. Additionally, this role will be responsible for working with senior leadership to develop an enterprise-wide strategy for dashboards, reports, and self-serve solutions to support a superior primary care experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Possess outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Develop a roadmap for the team to provide analytical support to business operations using claims, member, clinical, and external data sources
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to team members to empower professional development and autonomous decision-making
  • Outstanding conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Drive the development of easy-to-use self-service visualizations and BI tools to empower business and clinical users to be more data-driven
  • Develop and track OKRs and KPIs around patient metrics, clinical outcomes, and business performance
  • Support the development of a scalable and robust data and analytics infrastructure to provide insight on clinical and business performance
  • Work closely with the Enterprise Data Warehouse team in an iterative process to ensure robust and accurate data and information
  • Collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive data and analytics awareness throughout the enterprise
  • Develop a roadmap to enhance current use of AI/ML/predictive analytics and incorporate future innovation
  • Monitor business, market, and technology trends to inform analytic strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 10+ years of healthcare analytics experience
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as computer science, statistics, operations research, economics, or comparable work experience
  • History of building and leading teams
  • Proven ability to prioritize and concurrently manage multiple high-priority projects
  • Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools, SQL, and visual analytic applications
  • Knowledge value-based care and with alternative payment models preferred
  • Experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred
Pay Range: $140,000- $170,000

The actual offer may vary dependent upon geographic location and the candidate’s years of experience and/or skill level.
