Job Summary:
If you are a smart, self-motivated, Machine Learning Scientist with a passion for research who is interested in developing pioneering capabilities in NLP, computer vision, and video analytics, we have an excellent opportunity for you. We are looking for Data/ML Scientists who can be the driving force behind new product innovations within an exciting R&D environment, and would work with some of the brightest minds who are focused on the development of artificial intelligence technology.
Job Responsibilities:
– Participate in AI/ML R&D activities
– Explore and work with large and complex data sets to implement robust models to identify insights from the data.
– Develop ML workflows and algorithms for training and/or improving models
– Collaborate with ML engineering team to scale and deploy solutions in production – both on premise as well as cloud deployment
– Provide clear documentation of all workflows and findings for internal reproducibility
– Open to working across different domains Insurance, Healthcare and Financial Services etc.
Qualifications: Number of Years of Work Experience: 1-6 years
Education: Engineering graduate from Top Tier Universities
Required Skills:
– Working experience in one or more of the following research directions in Neural Networks: Deep Reinforcement Learning, Federated Learning, Transformer, Transfer Learning, Online Learning, Generative Neural Network, Graph Neural Network, CNN, RNN etc
– Experience (including graduate school) on training machine learning models, applying and developing text mining / NLP, computer vision techniques
– Experience/ Familiarity with document clustering in supervised un un-supervised scenarios
– Expertise in at least two of the state of the art techniques in NLP like BERT, GPT, XL Net etc.
– Ability to read recent ML research papers and adapt those models to solve real-world problems
– Experience with any deep learning framework, including Tensorflow, Caffe, MxNet, Torch, Theano
– Experience with optimization on GPUs (a plus)
– Experience with using cloud technologies on AWS/ Microsoft Azure is a plus
