This position is for a Product Presales Specialist for the Expenzing Suite, who would be responsible for effectively showcasing our solutions in response to client requirements.
The objectives of this role are:
- Showcase product features and functionalities to prospective clients so as to demonstrate the product maturity
- Understand the business requirements and challenges of CFOs, Procurement leaders and A/P team leads so as to offer our products to meet the needs
- Differentiate vis a vis alternative solutions so that the prospective client can see why Expenzing is significantly better
- Create documentation like proposals, responses to RFPs, solution notes, product presentations so as to be competitive and enable sales teams to win deals
- Ensure that prospects are satisfied in terms of their queries and concerns being answered
- Run webinars to enable prospective clients to understand the value proposition and the solution offered
The key skills required are:
- Excellent communication skills, ability to present and demo
- Excellent written skills, and ability to make effective presentation slides
- Persuasive personality, high rapport ability, pleasant and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of processes in an organization, esp. in finance and procurement
- Knowledge of software products like ERP, accounting, and procurement systems
- eye for detail
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a project manager, business analyst, presales expert, or in sales
- Minimum 2 years experience in a B2B client front-ending role
- Minimum 2 years experience in doing B2B client presentations
