EY- Consulting – Technology Risk – Staff/Senior/Manager
As part of our EY- Consulting Technology Risk team you’ll contribute technically to IT Risk and Assurance client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

We’re looking for Analyst to join the leadership group of our EY-Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.
Skills and attributes for success
- At least 2-4 years within relevant domain of operations research across industries and work experience providing advanced analytics solutions in a commercial setting
- Experience in R/Python Data Modelling is Mandatory
- Overall experience in Planning / Logistics / Operations management, and/ or supply chain management is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate insights
- Proven experience in managing projects with cross-functional and cross-country stakeholders
- Experience managing big set of data with data management software (e.g. SQL, Alteryx) is a plus.
- Models, assesses (costs, service, inventory) and validates scenario outputs using visualization software (e.g. Tableau) and discusses it with relevant stakeholders
- Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an essential part of the role
- Consulting experience will be considered a plus
- Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role is required
- Experience with visualization tools will be an added plus (Tableau /Power BI)
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual would be a best fit for this role
To qualify for the role, you must have
- MBA (Supply Chain/ Operations/Operations Research) /Post Graduate from Tier-1 institutes with 2-4 years of analytical modelling experience in R/Python is crucial
- Engineering degree from reputed institutes
- Expertise in building analytical models R/Python is mandatory
- Relevant supply chain (or) consulting experience.
- Experience in using SQL ETL on big data
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Project management skills
- Experience in Data Visualization
- Ability to influence senior leaders/partners/C-suite executives
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Robust understanding of program and project management practices
- Familiarity with a typical IT systems development life cycle
