Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for accurately maintaining active employee data base.
  • In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
  • Develop reports or presentations to communicate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives.
  • Be the SPOC to collaborate with all the Technical teams to help resolve on technical issues faced by the employees.
  • Translate data and trends into stories that helps to drive our talent management team to diversity strategies.
  • Build, standardize, and automate reports and visualisations to help leaders uncover and address issues.
  • Deliver analysis and reports for all Global Reports that are required.
  • Work with leadership and work on the confidential dashboards that are required within allocated timelines.
  • Prepare and send the weekly HR dashboards, Monthly and Quarterly review dashboard
  • Work with HR payroll team for ensuring statutory compliance information are uploaded timely
  • Analyze and maintain all HR system access, ensuring appropriate controls are in place for all stakeholders.
  • Share weekly and monthly reconciliation report on Attendance Management, Timesheet and Payroll Management.
  • Assist on Ad Hoc HR projects where required – e.g. Candidate tracking system, maintaining MIS employee data and payroll data and System upgrades.
  • Ensure relevant documentation is available on all HR systems/reporting processes
  • Understand and live the company brand values and culture.
  • This role will play a key in upgrading and maintaining all employee entries made to global platforms.

Requirements :

  • Min 3+ Years of experience in a Data Analyst role;
  • Must have strong knowledge of Advance Excel commands and VBA.
  • Sound exposure on tools like Power BI.
  • Exposure in HR Domain (preferred)
