About this Role:
As an Operations Analyst at Farmer’s Fridge, you will be working as a cross-functional problem-solver and project lead. In addition to analyzing current processes, you’ll help create new ones from scratch and set the standard as we scale.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze current processes, recommend solutions, and implement strategies to help the business grow and scale
- Drive critical, enterprise-wide projects based on priorities for the business
- Provide oversight of established business processes to assess effectiveness and impact
- Develop SOPs and/or training materials to support efficient and safe operations as the business scale
What are we looking for in a Operations Analyst?
- Advanced abilities in working with and using MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and G Suite
- Some data analytics abilities or a willingness to learn
- An undergraduate degree, preferably in engineering and/or operations management, and/or a management consulting background is preferred.
- Mid-level experience in working on projects related to continuous improvement and change management
