- Works closely with leaders and their teams to provide guidance in identifying, evaluating, and developing processes and procedures that are effective and meet requirements.
- Provides research and analysis of data and problems of varying complexity to develop recommendations to solve problems and issues related to business operations.
- Performs analysis of business issues using established tools and methodologies while contributing to the assessment of process improvements.
- Provides reporting and analysis to assist in executing solutions and may provide consultation to clients, colleagues and management.
- Participates in cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
- Provides support and coordination on moderately complex projects.
- Determines best practices and suggests how to improve current practices.
- Effectively collaborates across a diverse team of internal and external stakeholders to address business or systems issues.
- Creates, supports, and motivates actions of others through influence and collaboration.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- General knowledge of field and industry practices.
- Team player with excellent collaborative and communication skills.
- Experience working on process/continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools, experience working with SharePoint Online and/or ServiceNow preferred.
- Experience working with analytical tools such as Tableau, Hive, Spark, SQL, etc., preferred.
- Experience with Agile Framework preferred.

- The national hiring range for the Associate Business Analyst is $51,000- $70,180 annually. For candidates in certain markets (Boston, MA; Chicago, IL; Los Angeles, CA; New York City Metro Area, Philadelphia, PA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA), the listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.
