Ferromonk Steel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and organized Back Office Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling administrative tasks efficiently using Excel, Tally, and Word. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Data Management: Utilize Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data maintained in spreadsheets.
• Accounting Support: Assist in basic accounting tasks using Tally software, including ledger entries, invoice processing, and reconciliation.
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and edit documents such as emails, letters, memos, and reports using Microsoft Word.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized records of transactions, documents, and other important information for easy retrieval.
• Inventory Management: Update and maintain stock records in Excel, reconcile with Tally entries, and assist in inventory control activities.
• Communication: Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person to address queries and relay information effectively.
• Reporting: Generate periodic reports using Excel to provide insights into operational performance, financial status, and other relevant metrics.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while handling sensitive information and financial data.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors in data entries, financial records, or documents promptly.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to a positive work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Sound knowledge of Tally ERP software for accounting purposes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
