Job Summary
As a Scaled Agile Coach/Lead, you will be a member of the Scaled Agile Core Transformation team. You will be working with the product teams and delivering value by implementing and driving Scaled Agile principles, processes and continuous improvements.
Job Description
What You’ll Contribute
- The candidate will train and coach local teams and key SAFe roles on agile principles and SAFe methodology
- Guide and assist scrum teams with prep and facilitation of Program Increment Planning event and agile ceremonies
- Work with Core Transformation team to develop best practices and standards
- Assist with SAFe compliance and governance
- Work with stakeholders and teams on continuous improvement
- Create and maintain necessary documentation and process flows
- Collaborate with extended SAFe champions across the org
- Work with teams on tool (e.g. Jira, Confluence) usage, best practices and governance
What We’re Seeking
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of agile and SAFe experience, preferably as a Scrum Master
- Experience working with product management and engineering teams
- Experience working with a global team
- SAFe SPC certification a plus
