About your team
ISS Tech team provides systems development, implementation, and support services for Fidelity International’s Global Investment Management division. We support Fund Managers, Research Analysts and Traders in all of Fidelity International’s locations. You will be joining a global technology delivery team spanned across China, Hong Kong, India, and United Kingdom, providing fit for purpose and scalable technology solutions to Global Investment Research and Portfolio Management team across all asset classes.
About your role
You will join our internal data team within the Research and Portfolio Management technology team and transform our technology solution by

- driving all technology changes related with data within the Research and Portfolio Management solutions
- analysing and organising significant amounts of information with attention and accuracy
- sharing ideas on continuous improvement on data quality
- collaborating with central data team and internal application development team on delivering end to end solutions
- understanding front office data use cases, constraints and licensing requirement and avoid and reduce any data duplication within FIL
- involving certain functional changes in addition to the data analysis responsibilities
About you
With a solid background in the data analysis you’re the specialist we need. You:
- have experienced of managing large scale data analysis within front office investment management environment
- have in-depth knowledge on business analysis process and data governance framework
- have strong technical background and confidence in SQL, data modelling, data mapping
- experience working on global projects with different stakeholders in different geographic regions
