Job Tittle – Business Analyst
The Purpose of Your Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst with expertise and experience in designing and developing applications including new developments, improvements, maintenance and support. The role involves continuous collaboration with partners, iterative understanding of the platform to build well written requirements, following standard methodologies thorough understanding of the product roadmap, and owning up responsibilities for the overall product quality.

- You are Proficient in agile practices (backlog management, story writing, story mapping, visual planning, use of personas, outcome based planning, etc.).
- You have Ability to ensure close relationships with key business users
- You Facilitate requirements sessions and produce well written documentation that effectively
- You provide “product owner” story sign off either through UAT sessions with business partners or by validating the story meets business use cases.
- You Partner with delivery team members and assist with other functions to improve velocity (e.g., QA)
- You Lead in story closure and acceptance efforts for releases
- You Partner with architecture to understand opportunities to use or give, and production support to ensure stability and supportability
- You Improve analysis and PO practices across the local organization.
- You Know the entire user population, their workflow, and key needs.
- You Collaborate and Connect with product managers with innovative thinking based on new business needs and/or business partner feedback to shape the strategy and direction
