JD EDWARDS SYSTEMS ANALYST III (US-REMOTE)

About the JD Edwards System Analyst III (US-Remote) Position
Our Enterprise Application Support team is responsible for the support and maintenance of business-critical financial and maintenance applications. You will be working closely with Service Management and third-party support team members, utilizing the core ITIL principles in Change, Release, Incident and Problem management as well as supporting the successful release of new applications into the production environment.
This role will be responsible for supporting JD Edwards EnterpriseOne-based solutions. You will configure and integrate technology into business operations with the goal of using technology to improve operations and efficiencies. The JD Edwards Systems Analyst is responsible for providing system solutions for complex business problems. The successful candidate will be an experienced professional and team player, with a passion for delivering quality results.
Knowledge and Expertise Needed for the JD Edwards System Analyst III (US-Remote) Position:
- Experience supporting and integrating JDE with other third-party financial systems like: Hyperion Planning, Basware, Aptitude, Hexagon EAM, Sharepoint applications
- Experience implementing and supporting JDE Financial systems (A/P, A/R, G/L, Fixed Assets)
- Build project plans and write technical specifications based on business requirements
- Prepare and review Test Scripts and test cases
- Lead business process improvements and applications continuous improvement roadmap
- Working knowledge of SQL Databases, ReportsNow, Data extracts, SSIS, and other Interface tools
- Experience with JDE OMW, security, caching, UDCs, Menus, and other operational items
JD Edwards System Analyst III (US-Remote) Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science / MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5 or more years of experience with systems analysis or software development.
- High level of initiative with the ability to deal with multiple projects simultaneously with conflicting priorities
- Defining and managing a set of metrics vital to supervising the support and application experience for clients
- Working with the wider business to ensure SLAs are being met and are reasonably defined in contracts
- Effectively manage and prioritize requests or incidents using service now tickets
- One or more complete life cycle system implementations
- Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to work in a self-directed work environment
- The ability to work in a team environment.
- Transportation experience is a plus.
