Job Location: Remote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited too):
- Create an exhaustive repository of reports which would be needed for a document intake product.
- Evaluate the existing report inventory, do a gap analysis and document new report requirements.
- Review existing reports and suggest changes if required.
- Responsible for reviewing the Test cases of reporting requirements.
- Coordination with Operations UAT team for all the changes and Providing Support to complete the UAT testing.
- For analysis, he/she will take the help of project leaders involved in the project, both from the technology team and the operations team.
- He/She will also monitor the progress of the change implementation from the analysis stage to the Issue closure stage and float the required communications to the appropriate people as and when necessary.
- He/She will ensure that the Acceptance team has accepted the enhancements before releasing the final product for production.
- Identifying technology and design issues, coordinating team members and driving resolution across multiple teams and partners.
- Working with leaders in sales, solutions design, operations, product development and product implementation teams to drive successful implementations of process redesign initiatives and adoption of functionality developed.
- Supervising the progress of product development, and assisting with product release planning and testing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Required Knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience in facilitating discussions with business users and understand their business needs.
- with 3+ years of experience working with Health Payers.
- At least 2+ years of experience working on Microsoft Power BI or SSRS or any other reporting technology.
- Self Starter and Willingness to take ownership and learn new topics
- Good knowledge on US Healthcare Payer.
- Managing Product Discovery sessions with business/operations users and articulate/understand the Business Needs.
- Ability to map the business needs to product features.
- Ability to articulate new product features and capabilities in clear use cases.
- Proficient user of Azure DevOps/JIRA/ Confluence tools or other new age collaboration tools.
- Solid experience and understanding of Agile in developing epics, themes, user examples, supplementary requirements, and business rules.
- Good interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision- making and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge on SQL will be an advantage.
