About the team
The Global Sales Operations Team aims to accelerate commercial success by establishing an integrated and frictionless sales infrastructure that enables seller effectiveness, delivers sales insights and promotes profitable revenue growth. Key functions for the Team are Sales Strategy & Process Optimization, Tools & Technology, Analysis & Insights, Data Management & Reporting, Training & Education, Process & Policy and Sales Forecasting. The Team is comprised of three functional Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Business Partners. The COEs are Insight & Analytics, Sales Enablement and Sales Compensation, Process & Tools.
What you will be doing
You will be using your analysis skills as an individual contributor working on challenging assignments related to sales execution from campaign to commission as part of the Sales Compensation, Process & Tools COE. We are looking for the capability and drive to manage day-to-day production requirements, analyze complicated problems and implement detailed solutions for them through collaboration with a wide-range of cross-functional groups across the organization. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Perform planning and analysis activities for sales operations, focused on sales compensation.
- Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems to effectively monitor and manage compensation-related issues.
- Work closely with sales leadership and representatives to ensure accurate accounting of sales performance and compensation.
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership, the Compensation Team and the Commissions Teams for execution of the Global Compensation Governance process.
- Support continuous improvement efforts for all aspects of sales execution from campaign to commissions with implementation of required tools and processes to enable improved efficiencies and sales performance.

- Ability to integrate various data streams into a unified view and provide detailed assessments with recommendations for subsequent action
- Ability to communicate effectively in a variety of written and verbal formats with a wide range of people; external individuals, organizations and agencies
- Experience in implementation of work streams to deliver commercial solutions
- Experience of working with senior management
