Job Description
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Senior Business Analyst – IT located in Chennai /pune
What a typical day looks like:
  • Build solutions and Product roadmaps for Global Procurement, Supply chain and Logistics functions
  • Interface with Flex Business teams to define Product, Solution specs for Data Analytics and work closely with Technical teams to Deliver solutions
  • Tag Project objective & scope to measurable Business outcome (as much as possible) & realization of ROI
  • Drive data requirements of Flex for key Business processes with a key focus on Data reusability and enrichment
  • Capture Data flow (source to consumer), model data objects that can be used by BI and other relevant solutions
  • Lead Solution Architecture discussions & work closely with Delivery teams on Technical architecture required to implement a scenario project
  • Understand Flex ecosystem and ensure data across systems are leveraged (not duplicated) for key business processes
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
  • 6 – 12 years of relevant experience
  • Preferred Business Functions : Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics
  • Data Analysis and Modelling, Ability to do impact analysis and Data Traceability skills. Ability to combine disparate data-sources and derive meaning out of it.
  • Detail oriented, Excellent Problem solving & communication skills
  • Strong Change-management capabilities
  • Technical skills that will add value (Snowflake, Denodo, Tableau, MicroStrategy, PowerBI
