Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Functional Process Business Analyst with CRM experience to lead and run the end-to-end transformation IT projects.
Reporting to the Business Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with the Group and Divisional stakeholders to understand requirements, design and implement a range of projects, Salesforce related, and act as functional subject matter expert for the process and solutions including leading the continuous process improvement and initiative activities for their specific area.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Create a roadmap activity which meets the function objectives.
- Engage with other functional stakeholders to consider improvements/initiatives impacts.
- Coordinate and work closely with functional lead, project team members and local business users to translate requirements into functional capabilities and technical solutions.
- Conduct process design workshops to define process changes & gaps between ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’.
- Design ongoing support model for service / solutions, considering all aspects of people, process, data and technology and support Project Managers to cost the model
- Working with technology teams to understand new releases/upgrades required and assessing when and how to implement them.
- Effectively shape and resource a project to deliver the relevant objectives.
- Follow defined technology and business process best practices for each Delivery, influencing cross functional collaboration and coordination in solving business/solution problems.
The Individual
What you’ll definitely need:
- Must have experience in CRM
- Experience of working on IT a business-driven projects with examples of successful delivery, with specific understanding of relevant business processes
- Experience on running, leading and facilitate workshops with stakeholders
- Experience in defining the requirements & data model for management accounting & profitability analysis either through previous implementations or Business Process re-engineering projects
- End to end Salesforce experience
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels from VPs to Salesforce users
- Ability to build effective relationships with Business and IT counterparts and stakeholders, consulting and driving outcomes
- Capable of exercising independent judgment and recognizing the critical impacts to the business. Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
- Creative, innovative and able to successfully seek and seize opportunities as they develop
