Job Description
The Logistics Analyst is responsible for reviewing daily transactional data between ERP and Service Management System (SMS), resolve errors and address root causes as well as perform analytic reporting for the supply chain function. Possesses excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface comfortably with all levels in the organization. Must have superior process knowledge and the ability to work independently to manage the day-to-day responsibilities.
Duties & Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Support in updating the Power Bi dashboards (from multiple data sources)
- Support in creating new Power Bi dashboards (Data visualization & Data Modelling)
- Documentation of Logic for the dashboards (Regular basis)
- Drive Automation of existing Power BI dashboards
- Support in Data Analysis – Identifying scope of improvement based on data
- Support Operations & Planning function with running ad-hoc reports and analysis
- Perform transaction reconciliation between ERP and SMS system (Secondary role)
- Troubleshoot and work with IT or Data team to solve system or data related issue
The Individual
What you’ll definitely need:
- Hands on experience (minimum 2 years) in Power BI dashboard creation
- Someone who has already worked on similar kind of project (Dashboard and KPI reporting)
- Having exposure of working with SQL data base as data source
- Excellent data presentation/visualization skill
- Someone who can debug issues related to Power BI
- Having exposure to supply chain management
- Is good with MS office (especially in Excel & Power Query)
- Having exposure of Power Automate & Python is a plus
