Flexmoney enables trusted Bank, NBFC and Fintech lending partners to offer regulator
compliant, instant digital finance/ EMIs at any point of sale and on-demand. Flexmoney’s
digital credit infrastructure enables lenders to offer best-in-class digital credit solutions to
their customers, acquire new customers and offer embedded finance across Flexmoney’s
network of over 68,000 online merchants (including marquee merchants such as Flipkart,
Amazon, MakeMyTrip etc). We provide technology infrastructure and point-of-sale merchant
network distribution as a “Plug and Play” proposition to lending partners. Our Cardless EMI
platform is currently live with 8 lending partners (including marquee private banks such as
HDFC, ICICI, Kotak Mahindra Bank & ICICI Bank amongst others).
The next phase of Flexmoney will involve both growing our product portfolio to include 3600
instant financing (seamless instant origination, underwriting & approval from a network of
heterogeneous lending partners) as well as an omni-channel footprint beyond online
merchants, spanning in-store/in-branch, tele-sales and agent assisted sales channels. We also
expect to productize a digital credit lifecycle SaaS platform for lenders going forward.
Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a Junior
DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our development and operations
teams by implementing and maintaining automation processes, tools, and infrastructure to
improve the efficiency, reliability, and scalability of our systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to
understand infrastructure requirements and implement solutions to meet business
needs
• Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines for software
delivery and deployment automation
• Configure and manage cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google
Cloud) to support development and production environments
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to
ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of infrastructure
• Manage and maintain configuration management tools to automate deployment,
configuration, and provisioning of servers and applications
• Implement and manage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for
deploying and scaling microservices-based applications
• Collaborate with security teams to implement and enforce best practices for security,
compliance, and data protection
• Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure
knowledge sharing and maintain system documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in
DevOps and cloud computing
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems administration and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Ruby.
• Basic understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and
infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab
CI/CD).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker,
Kubernetes).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
