Role Summary:
Take ownership of project tasks and contribute to the overall design and development of PTC Solutions intended to address specific client needs. Work on project tasks including installing and configuring PTC software and home grown systems, configuration, customization, testing, debugging, data migration and support to project team members. Ensure that quality software engineering processes and/or methodologies are created. Provide input into future software functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards. Review client deliverables to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meet client requirements
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Provide technical leadership and support to the business.
- Manage deployment projects, delivering customer solutions. Conduct customer business process analysis, information modelling, mapping to configurations and interface control definitions with related systems to be integrated, data and process conversion from legacy PDM systems, provide customer guidance on process-system alignment practices, desk top procedures, process-system validation,training and on-going customer care.
- Specialist skills in optimization and installation in enterprise environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Enterprise PLM implementation team that consists of internal business teams from RD, Quality, and Supply Chain operations, the IT team, and external consultants.
- Elaborate and map business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert (SME) for all Enterprise PLM process domains including Configuration Management, Product Quality Management, Requirements Management, Design Management, Document Management, Product Compliance and Product Portfolio Management.
- Responsible for feasibility analysis, solution design and driving the selection, implementation of new software, functionality, or enhancement.
- As a technical lead for the Enterprise PLM solution, work with internal and external technical teams, other PLM team members on all technical solutions.
- Lead the technical design and development of the integration between PLM solutions and boundary systems.

Experience and Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in enterprise business application design and systems development, including implementation of enterprise PLM systems.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in Document processes.
- Project Contract Documentation.
- Basic Java development experience, minimum 1 year.
- Documentation experience, minimum 2 years.
- Engineering experience, minimum 2 years.
- PTC Windchill Upgrade Experience.
- Enterprise Application/PLM / Windchill PDMLink/CAD/Advanced Microsoft Suite/Visio/Adobe Professional.
- Ability to create Technical Specifications from user requirements.
- Enterprise system integration with Web Services a plus.
- Good communication skills with the ability to describe technical solutions in common business terms.
- Proven project management experience as evidenced by successful project delivery .
- Strong and confident Customer Facing / consulting skills.
- Possible travel depending on project up to 15% of the time.
