Job Description:
Business Analyst in lending market domain would be responsible for developing and defining, testing, and installing the information technology initiatives based upon the user-defined business requirements that support the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Gather, synthesize and prioritize requirements and change request using interviews, document analysis and brainstorming.
- Document the changesnew requests determined after discussion with Business Users into a Business Requirements Document.
- Translate Business questions and requirements into conceptual and UI application models to enable Functional Design Document and Detailed Design Document using Agile methodology.
- Create UML diagrams – Use Case diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams as per requirement.
- Review the test plans and test scripts and prepare GAP analysis as per requirement.
- Document Test Cases and prepare Test Plan based on the requirements stated in the Business Requirements document.
- Execute Test Cases on raw data to ensure data accuracy and logic meet the criteria defined in the Test Cases.
- Closely work with Project Stakeholders, Branch, HO and vendor to understand the requirements and specifications for new applications along with process re-engineering the existing applications.
- Clarified client requirements, business needs and project objectives, via feedback sessions and client meetings, in collaboration with all stakeholders
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and verifying performance, reliability and fault tolerance issues. Also familiar with testing concepts, test scenarios and test scripts.
- Possess excellent Relationship management and Team management skills with expertise in training and problem solving skill
Preferred Skills:
- Rich experience / Fresher whohave done projects in the areas of Business Analyst / Functional Consultant and Implementation Engineer in various sectors of business.
- Expertise in Analysis, Documentation and Implementation of different ERP/CRM Software and methodologies.
- Excellent writing skills in preparing Business Process Management System (BPMS) specifications, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Document (FRD), Detailed Design Document (SDS), and defining project plans
- A proactive learner with a flair for adopting emerging trends and addressing industry requirements to achieve organization objectives and profitability norms
