Could u pls brief me about this Tech Mahindra’s voice support job ? I mean the client/which business area u will be supporting? also pls mention how badly u need job ? i mean do you have any financial pressure ?

no worries dear, I have got enough detail to assist you…as your own brother here are my suggestions:

1.) u can join this tech mahindra wala wfh work and do 100% focus for this work for 2/3 months to be good at work.
2.)Post 3 months, post office hours on weekend start learning SQL.. and try taking a switch to SQL based application support role in tech M or any other company.., I wont’ suggest you to give time to Excel bcs you are a B.Tech CSE (as per it doesn’t matter whether u did not meet 60% in 12th…)

Post SQL based work… try learning Linux and any scripting language like Python/Shell and dry moving towards Devops…

Post devops u can move to Data Engineer role….

keep in touch dear…u can share our day to day learning/exp/new plans/new thoughts here with me abt your career plan….

but instead of leaving this big company, try taking internal switch first, if in case u r getting better opportunity outside then only quit it. but don’t quit Tech m just bcs u think or ppl say that u r in voice support…

u r most welcome mere bhai…, aml/kyc is like back office work wherein u will be working on lot of documentation , so its good to start if u plan to move towards data analytics… but lamba nahi rukna yaha pe bhi, bahut hamaali karvaate companies….
