Our Business Analytics & Operations team is currently seeking a Data Analyst for our corporate office in Malvern. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team that can make a direct impact within a fast growth organization.
Reporting to the Manager of Business Analytics & Operations, the Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing large and varied sets of data to provide reports to management and the executive level, particularly regarding operations across the organization. Other responsibilities include:
- Prepare Sales Operations Reports weekly.
- Prepare a flash report of cross functional metrics.
- Project-based analyses to improve business processes and enable accurate decision-making
- Utilize BI tool to combine multiple sets of data and develop comprehensive reporting packages and dashboards
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a field related to analytics. Experience is a plus but not required. We also seek the following:
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to learn other analytic tools. SQL and Power BI experience a plus.
- Driven and self-motivated with strong attention to detail and record keeping
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
- Solid communication skills demonstrating professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively within the organization and team
- Able to prioritize and adapt to change in a rapidly growing and evolving business environment
