Role & Responsibilities
- The Analyst role in the Founder’s office will aid with preparing company materials related to strategy, partnerships, competitive analysis and positioning and conduct market research across the Real Estate landscape in addition to assisting with day-to-day tasks.
- Will be part of day-to-day strategy operations, collaborating across functions, and support the creation and coordination of important decisions of the top management as well as report the implementation of the CEO agenda. It will include activities like Profitability Analysis, gathering Business Intelligence, Marketing Sales Management and supporting business reviews.
- In addition, the role will be assigned to constantly changing tasks in an exciting environment. It a fast-paced role, supporting even working directly with C-suite leaders on some of Smartworks top priority strategy projects. This is a great opportunity to work with an inspiring leader analytically.
- Coordinate between multiple departments on different projects and rollout of process improvements.
- Analyse organization-wide data on past, current and future trends.
- Communicate the findings through reports and presentations.
- Work on various projects and data streams, deadlines.
- Work with various teams to source the data and identification of data points.
- Lead market research and provide pragmatic scalable solutions in building customer-centred-design solutions and document findings.
- Understand our members and centre teams in depth and gather information through surveys & conversations.
- Primary and secondary research of members, industry, other coworking spaces, latest technology etc.
- Studying process/system capabilities and analysing alternative solutions.
- Measure feedback and results of pilot projects and monitor rolled-out projects.
Required Candidate profile
- Working knowledge of computers including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills and proficiency in business vocabulary to effectively represent the executive and the company to outside parties.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Bright and Proactive who loves digging deep into strategic subjects.
- Growth mindset and can synthesize information into concrete action point.
- High energy, self-starter who is willing to get stuck-in, learn and ask the right questions.
- Ability to remain calm, composed, and keep your humor in difficult and complex situations.
- Eye for detail and enjoy keeping everything together in the background and bringing in new ideas.
