    About the role:

    • Supporting resource allocation across all the services projects spread across UK, Europe and USA
    • Maintaining resource allocation tracker on the internal system called Salesforce
    • Processing and managing all Technical Training for all the internal Technical Consultants
    • Coordinating internal and external reports; gathering, analysing, and summarizing data and information for project teams.
    • Developing and maintain project tools and templates
    • Providing special knowledge and data for the project management team(s).
    • Assisting and/or training staff as required
    • Maintaining and keeping track of resources data in the system such as Skills Matrix, Security Clearances etc
    • Supporting On-boarding of the contract resources
    • Helping the PMO team with any other adhoc requirements

    Job Specifications:

    • Strong project management skills and an ability to work within defined timescales
    • Understanding of programme assurance and governance
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Working with Project Managers and other senior stakeholders
    • Experience working within a PMO function and strong governance exposure.
    • Proactive go-getter mentality and ability to challenge senior stakeholder

    Additional Skills:

    • Knowledge of salesforce CRM and PSA would be beneficial.
    • Strong attention to detail and a pro-active nature
