Job Detail:
Fusion HCR is hiring an Entry Level Business Analyst. Our client is a large casino/hospitality company looking to add a member to their team!
Responsibilities:
- Will be trained on the creation and implementation of business processes, workflow, technology solutions and technology frameworks within a business organization.
- Will be trained on identifying business needs; providing detailed gap analysis, identifying opportunities for business workflow improvement.
- Will be trained on determining requirements using interviews, business process descriptions, user stories, use cases, source to target diagrams, operational models and workflow analysis.
- Follow business-specific standards relevant to various business industries when creating business/functional/system requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university in a related field is preferred, specially a degree in Hospitality
- Experience with Casino Front Desk
- Ability to provide insight and creativity into solving business process challenges.
- High level of organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Computer proficiency including the Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,

Pay: $42,809.84 – $50,000.00 per year
