Walkin Drive :HR MIS / Sr HR MIS Executive
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for making Weekly, Monthly, Yearly MIS reports (Resource utilization, team performance, trend analysis, and other MIS as per business requirement.
- Maintaining and coordinating for the MIS records.
- Generating Attrition reports and Productivity reports
- Publish daily, weekly & monthly reports and dashboards
- Develop and maintain trackers for various purposes
- Exposure in handling MIS reports
- Creating innovative Dashboards.
- Regular reporting, Report development.
- Configuring new reports Communication/distribution of reports
- Handling Audits
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate MUST have 1+ years of experience working with MIS.
- Excellent communication skills – phone and email. Excellent telephone presence with demonstrated skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with and to make remote presentations to all levels of management and technical professionals.
- Hands on experience in Advance Excel (V lookup, H lookup, Pivot Table)
- Should be flexible for shift timings.
- Should be very good in Analytical Skills and MS Excel skills.
