Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Science Intern with a deep understanding of predictive machine learning to enhance our capabilities in recommendation systems, demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and time series analysis.
Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models for personalizing user experiences, recommendation systems, demand forecasting, NLP, fraud and anomaly detection, and time-series models. Continuously refine models to enhance accuracy and efficiency while monitoring their real world impact.
- Data Analysis: Conduct extensive data analysis to extract actionable insights using advanced techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering. Prepare comprehensive data reports and visualizations to support stakeholder decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define key metrics and translate business needs into technical specifications. Ensure effective communication of technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in project meetings and presentations.
- Implement robust AI/ML pipelines for operations like data cleaning, transformation, and model training at scale.
- Monitor deployed models and implement periodic improvements to enhance model performance and maintain relevance.
Some Specific Requirements
- Proficiency in Python programming, with working experience over one of the ML Frameworks – SKLearn, XGBoost, PyCaret, and Deep Learning Frameworks – Tensorflow, PyTorch, Huggingface, and Rasa
- Having knowledge of Statistics, Machine Learning – Regression, Classification and Clustering, Deep Learning – RNN, CNN, Transformers
- Strong understanding of data structures, and algorithms, and experience with Python, Java, Scala, and Unix bash scripting.
- Experience working with End to End Machine Learning project Life cycle
- Familiarity with ML pipeline frameworks for model training and inference.
- Ability to perform data profiling, exploratory data analysis, and debugging of algorithm inefficiencies.
