Our goal is to increase our analytical capabilities and derive actionable insights into our critical business issues, as well as create a scalable data infrastructure and user-friendly reporting environment that can effectively support our growing company.
The Analytics Engineer is a role within the People Analytics Data Engineering team responsible for the development, support, and automations of HR data assets into meaningful dashboards using Power BI and Visier.
What you will do:

Support HR Analytics and Reporting Strategy.

Support HR analytics Visier platform.
-
Support projects that improve our performance (e.g. Quality of Hire): requirements, discussions, problem solving, analytics, share insights, build solutions, drive change.

Support Data Pipeline, change management process.
What you will need:
-
Strong data automation, analytics, and problem-solving experience.
-
2+ years of working experience.
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, Management Science, Data Science.

Preferably working in HR analytics, data engineering, data analytics and visualization, business intelligence, or analytical consulting.
-
Proven ability to use data, analytics, and business knowledge to solve complex business problems.

Strong experience working with Business Intelligence tools and Analytics Development preferably Power BI, Visier.
-
Ability to create and understand Functional requirements including business rules, data sources and processing needed to create the required insight for the organization.

Working Knowledge and understanding of Database Environments and ETL processes preferably Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory.

Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.

Hands on experience on monitoring, troubleshooting data pipelines.

Should be well versed in implementing data/object level security in reports and dashboards.

Preferred experience of Agile development methodologies.

Prior experience with working on an Onshore/Offshore model.
