Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
- Drive higher retention and improve engagement by collaborating with and empowering Global service delivery groups through innovation programs
- Contribute towards continuous idea pipeline – create, compile, and help analyze ideas for service improvement
- Continually engage with global stakeholders to incubate pilots and problem-solve for effectiveness
- Drive change management and enablement on new pilots across service teams
- Conduct current state assessments and diagnostics to identify gaps, opportunity areas and suggest target state design
- Design & continuously refine service model process, roles, tools & metrics
- Demonstrate ability to seek feedback from stakeholders as well as leverage metrics and internal analysis to identify opportunities to improve service delivery for stakeholders
- Drive quantitative data analysis using common tools such as Excel to deep dive into data trends and insights
- Liaise efficiently with internal stakeholders and senior management, and efficiently structure communications, business analysis and professional presentations
- Cultivate strong relationships across the organization and partner with BU as well as Strategy & Operations leadership to solve problems and identify business improvement opportunities
- Develop a passion for the client perspective and bring it to your projects as a north star. Understand the perspective of the services associate. Understand the world from their point of view, develop a passion for making them amazingly successful at everything they do!
- Lead & own day to day project management of key initiatives for the organization as either tracks within a program or independent.
- Leverage strong interview skills to gain client and service delivery insights/feedback to improve service capabilities and test new concepts that will inform transformation initiatives and continued iteration on those improvements
What you ll need:
- 2-4 years of experience post MBA; driving and leading initiatives related to retention is a plus
- Hands on experience in strategy, consulting, or analytics
- Training in disciplines and programs with a strong business, IT, and analytics affiliation
- Exceptional record of academic achievements; coursework in business analytics, advanced analytics, and business reporting would be preferred
- Advanced proficiency MS Excel and Power Point. Knowledge of Python would be a plus
- Original/creative thinking and superior problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented and strong commitment to high quality results to serve needs of Gartner clients, internal partners/stakeholders and service delivery teams
- Orientation towards continuous process improvement. Ability to analyze the process at granular level to come up with optimized approach.
- Highly focused towards implementation and execution. Ability to convert strategic decisions into actions and ensure end-to-end implementation.
- Self-motivated/self-starter approach to projects
- Passion for understanding the customer needs and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Strong influence skills and ability to build effective partnerships with services groups within Gartner.
