Job Description Summary

As a Sales Platform Analyst & Production Support Specialist, you will support our eco-system of commercial tools by providing first level support to our Sales, Service and Order management organizations. In this role, you will provide critical leadership and collaboration with our Digital Technology (DT) organization to ensure all level 2 or beyond issues are resolved as quickly as possible and key stakeholders are informed.

Job Description


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Own, monitor and work through our support queues (Chatter, Cases, SmartSheet), meeting our service level agreements and surge demands.

  • Provide cross-functional collaboration and leadership to resolve any issues involving our commercial tools.

  • Coordinate all activities with the Sales Platform & Activation team related to extended coverage/support for quarter close.

  • Document support processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs) & problem-solution databases to improve the quality and speed of the support we provide our sales users.

  • Simplify and evolve our processes using lean methodologies to continuously improve / optimize our support model, process and tools.

  • Foster strong collaboration between our Platform, Activation, Global DT teams and our Commercial teams to ensure our tools continue to evolve to meet the needs of our business.

  • Sales force effectiveness, productivity analysis, allocation of resources and territory coverage, sales incentives, Salesforce CRM platform and tools, lead for commercial planning and forecasting, Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes, ITO lead for business reviews. Cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.)


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Operations or Sales Enablement function.

  • Preferred experience in Salesforce (SFDC) Communities best practices and methodologies.

  • Preferred sales user experience with Salesforce SFDC and Apttus CPQ.

  • Flexible and adaptable to learning and understanding new technologies .

  • Empathic (can cool down situations when dealing w/ frustrated end users).

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills.

  • Highly self-motivated and directed.

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
