Job Description
- Provide expertise on continuous process improvement strategies, organizational redesign, change management projects, and performance measures for moderately complex business process engagements
- Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to identifying and eliminating duplication, outsourcing opportunities, streamlining, centralizing, business improvement processes, manufacturing improvement processes, and/or vendor selection
- Take a lead role in documenting, capturing and analyzing functional and non-functional software requirements including requirements traceability matrix (RTM) in an agile development environment for development teams to design and develop applications.
- Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.
- Create test scenarios for database production development
- Facilitate communication of requirements between project communications and development teams
- Assist in creating governance processes and Standard Operating Procedures
- Manage multiple projects and priorities, and initiate follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments.
Education
- 2+ years experience in IT business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Qualifications
- Business analyst experience with working on Web based applications.
- Ability to convert technical knowledge into easily understood terms
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Agile project management principles preferred
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in translating business requirements to user stories for implementation.
- Strong communication and business writing skills
- Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Additional Desired Skills:
- Familiarity with refugee and immigrant populations
- Familiarity with graphic and wireframe mock-up tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
- Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau

The likely salary range for this position is $68,000 – $102,000, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
