Join our team as a Program Management/Business Analyst and make an impact to our clients by providing task coordination/management and due diligence of program activities, coordinating and engaging with internal and external stakeholders, developing strategic plans, communications briefings, financial, and administrative work products.
- Develop communications work products to include meeting agendas, flow of shows, minutes, and other relevant materials. Develop briefings and PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership and decision makers.
- Maintain and updates program/project schedules.
- Articulate goals and objectives and effectively translate them into relevant strategies and messages, and maintain continuity of key documents supporting priorities, and strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement strategies, communications, budgets, and other relevant plans and documentation. Coordinate the translation of documents.
- Develop standard operations procedures and identify process improvements.
- Maintain, update, and report on travel activities and schedules.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BA or BS degree, MS preferred.
Required Experience: with 3+ years of experience
Required Technical Skills:
- Experience in SharePoint.
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Visio).
- Excellent visualization skills.
- Superior excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or French, preferred.
Security Clearance Level: Active CBP BI Clearance, or Top Secret or higher.
