People Analytics CoE (Community of Expertise) is looking for a People Analytics Reporting Analyst to join its newly formed Talent Acquisition Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, standardizing, delivering, and automating Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) reports that provide key insights on our internal and external talent attraction and hiring activities. Your ability to perform analysis, extract key insights from multiple data sources, and tell the story with data will help us track key operational activities and success measurements. Above all else, the ideal candidate is curious, a self-starter, fast learner, and always thinks of the customer first. The People Analytics Analyst must have excellent analytical and technical skills to process and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources. This role requires a deep understanding of hiring data and advanced Excel skills. What is in it for you? Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain ongoing and ad-hoc reports with key talent attraction and hiring insights for Global Talent Acquisition Team
- Accurately analyze and collect internal and external data for various types of business reports to identify changes in business, market trends, sourcing, and recruiting activities trends
- Build reports, spreadsheets, and dashboards using multiple data sources to meet business requirements, including team and individual performance, process evaluations, data integrity and report audits
- Maintain and distribute existing reports and dashboards and develop new processes to accurately report on critical data
Provide training to existing and new users of GTA reports and dashboards- Work with internal stakeholders to answer data & reporting questions and ensure reports meet business needs
- Work with partners in other HR analytics teams, GTA, HROS, TA and IT to improve data collection processes, enhance existing reports and data sources, discuss requirements, work on cross-functional projects and share best practices
- Provide requirements for Workday reports enhancements & new reports design
- Translate data into clear and concise communications and reports for leadership updates
- Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, newsletters (where applicable) and key insights to leadership team
- Participate in projects to support TA process and governance when required
- Understand TA processes and update key inputs and outputs as new processes are implemented
- Question assumptions on current operations and why things are done in certain ways and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
Required:
3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Analytics or People Analytics space providing reports, analysis and building scorecards and dashboard- Very good understanding of Talent Acquisition data and candidate management processes (talent attraction, sourcing, talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion), candidate onboarding & experience sentiment, etc.)
- Strong understanding of data and reporting management including data integrity and privacy & security
- Strong data analytics skills and ability to leverage multiple internal and external data sources to enable data-driven insights and inform strategic talent decisions
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and drive for continuous improvement
- Great data visualization skills and user-centric thinking
- Experience working with sensitive data
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) and translate technical terms and concepts for the business, comfortable presenting and defending ideas in meetings, and a dedication to teamwork and partnerships
Preferred:
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools, especially Power BI
- Experience working with and building reports with data extracted from various Talent Acquisition tools including Workday
- Experience using labor market data and analytics tools
- Experience editing pre-existing dashboards and the design & build of new dashboards
- Willingness and proven ability to learn new software and/or experience with Microsoft Visio, Project, SharePoint, Teams, Knime, and other data analysis, visualization & reporting tools
- A constructive, problem-solving approach to obstacles that tactfully holds self and others accountable

Compensation: The compensation information is a good faith estimate only
- Themedian levelrangeof salary compensation for this role is$82,199 – $105,032.
