We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Fleet Support
In this role, you should have in depth knowledge of agreements administered outside the Fleet Support and the groups who manage them. You must also demonstrate a higher level awareness of other team’s duties as well as have a greater understanding of how our role fits in with the bigger picture to provide business and administrative support to the Fleet Support and other internal Aviation organizations


Responsibilities
 Data analysis and Asset management:
 Engine Health Monitoring (EHM)/ Engine Condition Trend Monitoring (ECTM)
 Flight data trend Interpretation and analyzing results.
 Check the flight parameters.
 Reporting the results back to the relevant members of the team
 Identifying patterns and Ability to Analyze and summarize large set of data
 Defining new data collection and analysis processes
 Data Acquisitions and Data Transmissions
 ACMS/ACARS data types
 Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations
 Provide excellent customer service to all airline operators.
 Managing the asset data and configurations.
 Basic Knowledge about Service Bulletin and Airworthiness Directive, should be
 expert in performing comparison of data (parts those are listed in basic data, and
 what parts are installed on the engine)
 Ability to perform historical document creation, FDM and MDM will add additional
 benefit.
 Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
 Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both
 independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment


Qualifications
Minimum qualifications

  • Rich experience in Flight Data analysis and Gas Turbine Engines monitoring.
  • Aeronautical Engineering /Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a strong academic record


Preferred qualifications

  • Knowledge on Gas Turbine Engines and Functions
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, FDM and MDM.
  • Knowledge of After Marketing Engineering Services, Aircraft Manuals and Troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency with MTV, Pearl IDE, SQL, Any software programs
  • Candidate should be comfortable with shift timings.
