Responsibilities
Activity:
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality
- Acquire data from provided sources
- Interpret data and analyze results
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns relating to key performance indicators
- Identify anomalies in various data sources
- Filter and “clean” data
- Incorporate data analysis into designated ongoing reports
- Use analyzed data to create reports, identifying process improvement opportunities
- Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices
- Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting manager
- Attend meetings set up by management
Other responsibilities:
- Successfully graduating the training plan attached to the position and the tasks;
- Training other team members regarding the daily tasks whenever necessary and requested by the manager;
- Updating the working procedures periodically;
- Maintain and develop relationships with relevant markets and client serviced by team and all major customers within those markets as appropriate;
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovative solutions and communicate to direct manager;
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Accounting knowledge – intermediate level.
- Similar work experience
- Work experience with ERP systems (advantage).
Encouraged qualifications
- University graduate (Economic studies are an advantage).
- Proficiency in MS office (Excel).
- Good Communication skills.
- Negotiating & dispute resolution skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Strong customer orientation.
- Ability of multi-tasking & tasks prioritization.
- ERP Knowledge (SAP, Plex knowledge is a plus).
- Presentation skills.
- Strong time management & customer management
- Travel availability as per Business requirements
- Availability to provide training to other associates whenever the direct superior requests it.
