Job Description:
Work location- Bangalore – Return to office
Shift Window: Any 9 hours between 10 am to 3 am
Contracting Operations Contract Admin role will ensure smooth operations for contract creation, amendment, expiry management, storage and archival. The role will also provide post agreement contract management support, query resolution, interacting with different teams for query resolution.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Have familiarity with Contracting systems –SAP & SAP CLM, MDM, Vendor Management
- Maintain contract templates and manage the contract approval flow of executed sourcing activities
- Perform contract administrations (upload contract, create the cover sheet of contracts)

Skills and attributes for success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Typically, the candidates will have a graduate degree
- Experience in managing contracts
- Good understanding and hands on working knowledge on SAP, contracting system and Power BI
Preferred Qualifications/Skills
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments, and locations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
