Responsibilities


    Lead development and deployment of DW/BI projects


    Lead end to end solutions delivery of multiple concurrent projects on EDW
    Provide subject matter expertise to support reporting needs for the multiple functional areas (HR/Finance and Sales)


    Lead data modeling and database design & development using ELT/ETL techniques


    Lead ETL design and development using multiple industry standard reporting and dashboard tools


    Provide scalable solutions for large data volumes (Terabytes of data) and complex reporting needs


    Perform Hands-on analysis, design, development, and deployment of solutions


    Manage tasks in a fast-paced environment to ensure they are completed on time with attention to delivering high quality results.


    Relevant years of consulting experience (client facing) related to Business intelligence implementation using Microsoft technologies.


    Designing and developing large scale and optimized Data Warehouse using Azure DB


    Developing reporting and dashboard solutions on DW platform using multiple UI and reporting tools


    Strong knowledge of data analytics and business intelligence visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, QlikView, Power BI,); Power BI is preferred


    Deploying solutions using version control systems like Subversion or CVS or TFS and Data Warehouse best practices


    Architect, deploy and support Enterprise Data Warehouses and OLAP Systems using Power BI SQL Server, RDBMS tools and technologies and multi-dimensional modeling concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema) in Unix, Windows, and Windows NT environment


    Use Kimball and Inmon design approaches and ERWIN and ER Studio design tools to create and analyze data models


    Hands-on experience with data warehouse modeling, design, and development (relational and dimensional).


    Experience implementing database solutions on MS SQL Server. Database tuning experience a plus.


    Provide architectural oversight including warehouse design, ETL methodology, ETL design, metadata management, approved technical standards, and approaches and techniques for software development and data integration


Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications

  • B-tech/BE
  • Robust analytics experience


Preferred qualifications

  • Experienced in Data modeling
  • Prior experience in Finance planning / HR /Sales modules
  • Prior experience Microsoft technology (Power BI, Azure Db, Data Factory, SSIS , SSRS ,PowerShell)
