Inviting applications for the role of Manager- Business Analyst
- Business facing experience & Strong Communication skills and domain expert in Social Intranet / KM/Collaboration
- Meet users to gather requirements
- Assist with the business case
- Requirements management and communication
- Discuss requirements with Solution team and provide clarifications
- Review and Test developed solution vis-à-vis requirements
- Project Management using Agile/waterfall methodologies (O).
- Understand business requirements and support in data exploration, classification, feature engineering
- Assist in building machine learning models for given business problem
- Support on evaluation of model performance by building model performance evaluation jobs
- Directly participate in: Develop, integrate, manage, and monitor machine learning micro-services on AWS for Forecasting, Regression, Classification, NLP etc.
- Responsibilities include Identify, develop, and implement the appropriate statistical techniques, algorithms, and data mining analysis to create new, scalable solutions that address business challenges across the organisation, as well as provide actionable insights with a clear impact on ROI.
- Define and develop, maintain, and evolve data models, tools, and capabilities.
• Communicate your findings to the appropriate teams through visualisations. • Collaborate and communicate findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Provide solutions but not limited to: Customer Segmentation & Targeting, Propensity Modelling, Churn Modelling, Lifetime Value Estimation, Forecasting, Recommender Systems, Modelling Response to Incentives, Marketing Mix Optimization, Natural language processing,
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent Communication skill and effectively interact with business user
- Ability to understand a customer’s needs
- Experience eliciting business requirements based on business imperatives
- Working experience with MS Office, MS Visio, Office365 or similar collaboration tools
- Project Management using Agile/waterfall methodologies (O).
