This opportunity to join the Georgia Pacific Pro team as a Business Analyst Intern is in Atlanta, GA.

Successful candidates may be placed in one of the following (but not limited to) areas of concentration:
Business Analyst (Business Platforms / Data Governance / Reporting) supporting CPG (PRO and RETAIL)
- Data Governance (Master Data & Content):
- Responsible for interpreting, analyzing, and implementing requests from the business for new and/or updated SAP Master Data
- Able to understand the various functional flows and the impact master data might have on the various business processes (Supply Chain, Pricing, Accounting, and Finance)
- Continuously evaluate and improve current data processes. Collaborate with IT and business capabilities to ensure data quality, process flow completion, and identify opportunities for process improved
- Own and deliver content in support of business and brand goals
- Repurpose existing content and package it into alternative forms to supplement broader content strategy
- Participate in regular business reviews providing key metrics and insights on content strategy performance across online channels such as Customer websites, Amazon, and Walmart
- Business Platform Support
- Lead and participate in requirement gatherings for platform implementations or enhancements.
- Execute and validate system changes with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure issues are identified, communicated to appropriate business and technical users, and resolved in a timely manner.
- Reporting / Data Visualization
- Analyze data, interpret data, and provide reports and recommendations for commercial excellence, sales, and category teams
- Build data visualizations that supports the required knowledge for business decisions
- Ensure quality of data by completing work accurately, identifying issues, offering recommendations, and implementing plans for improvement. Gain exposure to transactional systems and analytical reporting tools while supporting business operations and decision making
Pricing Analyst
- Analyze and process price requests submitted by the Sales organization within defined service level targets.
- Incorporate impact of customer programs where applicable to the pricing decision.
- Understand price agreement policy requirements.
- Approve pricing within defined decision rights.
- Develop basic P&L analytics where applicable to pricing decision.
- Lead small business project analytics and special initiatives.

Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Eligible for full-time employment no later than summer 2024
- Enrolled in a degree, certificate program, or workforce training program related to Accounting, Tax, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Quantitative Finance, or related business degree
- Able to work in the US without sponsorship
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience with data analytics platforms, business process technology, and basic coding skills such as PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, and robotic process automation
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong critical and entrepreneurial thinking skills
- Initiative, natural curiosity, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for fast-paced learning
