What you will do:
- Deployment responsibilities include assisting customers throughout the various phases of post implementation process.
- Business Analyst is primarily responsible for constructing and maintenance of Business and Technical requirement documents with the customers and internal GEP resource
- Will assist with all aspects of a deployment including (but not limited to):process configuration, feature/functionality demos, user interface configuration, user and supplier set-up
- To act as a liaison between the customer and various group s within GEP such as Technical Support, Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
- Business Analyst is respon sible for assisting the GEP implementation team and the customer with the design and deployment of the SMART by GEP solution (Sourcing, Contr act Management, Supplier Management, Projects and Savings Tracker and
Procure to Pay).
- As functional experts, they need to have the ability to understand customer needs from the solution and accurately document these for coordinating the build, testing and deployment of SMART and associated business processes.
What you should bring:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in product implementation
- Good communication skillsand the ability to liaise with various internal teams
- Ability to document action items and drive them to completion
- Willingness to drive workto completion irrespective of the odds
- Ability to comprehend business problems and presenting the needed solution to the customer
