Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, develop, modify, debug and evaluate programming in systems and applications. You will analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new systems, devising logical procedures, prepare flowcharting, performing coding/testing/debugging programs. You will also develop system implementation plans, as well as prepare and obtain approval of systems and programming documentation. You will recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards and train users in implementation of systems. You will participate on project teams to develop applications, which will assist in ensuring customer requirements are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyzes and improves performance of software programs and analyzes requirements for data exchange between application software systems. Determines viable alternatives, makes recommendations, and implements solutions.
- Assists in the creation of project plans/schedules.
- Leads technical design and delivery of complex features and systems.
- Review project deliverables for conformance to established standards.
- Assists in developing/implementing technical standards.
- Acts as technical lead for projects.
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Strong communication skills
Experience Required
- 4-6 years Information Technology experience specifically as programmer/developer, who is versatile and can work on a diverse set of technologies and applications.
- Strong experience with the following technologies: C#, ASPNET MVC, Microservices, Web API/REST, SQL database, cloud computing (Azure preferred).
- Ability to provide technical knowledge to multiple systems and support multiple business areas.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to interact with various personalities across the organization.
- Test driven development
- Automated deployment tools, continuous integration/continuous deployment.
- Strong analytical skills and effective at troubleshooting.
- Support and development of eCommerce and other publicly facing websites
Experience Desired

- React js
- GraphQL
- Html/CSS
- Experience working with job scheduling tool such as UC4
- Familiarity with content management systems such as Sitecore and DatoCMS
