Overview:

We are seeking an Entry Level Analyst to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the field of analysis and data management.

Responsibilities:

• Work as a liaison between technology and business clients to improve business processes and support critical business strategies.
• Gather requirements using interviews, observation, JAD, brainstorming sessions, and document analysis.
• Research and gather detailed requirements and translate them into proposed system enhancements.
• Design process workflows and technical data flow, closely work with Data warehouse and DB teams.
• Facilitate Product backlog/refinement meetings, Sprint planning, Daily scrum, Sprint review, and retrospective meetings.

Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, Business, Management, or any relevant.
• Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
• Basic knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) for data manipulation
• Good understanding of creating BRD and FRS documents, User stories, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify risks, and develop effective solutions to improve productivity and track progress.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
