Location: USA Remote
Duration: 2 ½ years
Status: Any US work authorization
Pay: $40 – $45 p/h, paid on W2 only, no third party recruiters
Glow Networks is seeking a Business Analyst to support our customer requirement for a long-term contract. You will document the current state of IT policy and procedures, identify gaps, and develop plans for updating/creating IT policy, processes and procedures. You will also contribute to IT policy and procedures development with subject matter experts. You will plan, develop, and assist in the coordination and communication of new policies and procedures. You will aslso be involved in preparing for compliance audits, particate in the audits, and work with a team to remediate findings.
We are seeking someone who is highly technically competent, a consistently high producer, a good communicator, and an overall team player.
Top Skills:
· Collecting internal user’s current software and hardware use and application
· Experience with creating and Maintaining IT policy and procedures
· Excellent oral and written communication skills targeted at a variety of technical and non-technical audiences
Nice to have skills:
· Technical writing
· Understanding of NIST standards, IRS 1075, SSA security requirements
Experience:
· Must have 3 years’ experience as Business Analyst supporting an IT organization
· Must be familiar with data collection, and IT policy documentation
· Competent with compliance audits, findings, and actions to correct discoveries
· BA in Business or other discipline is desired
· Superior verbal and written comm skills
