Roles and Responsibilities

• Order Management – Timely and Error free execution of Brand Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders for all the categories in order to ensure the buying cycle runs smoothly resulting in optimum level of inventory throughout the year. Creation of item masters for all the new SKUs added across all the categories and enabling various value factors in ERP system after necessary approvals.
• Data Analytics and MIS – Using data to identify insights that will influence buying behavior and thereby helping all Category Managers to promote business growth. Preparation of fortnightly and monthly reports in terms of sales trends, stock on hand, Supplier and brand performance to assist the category team for performance review. Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports and provide insights to help drive companys plans across all categories.
• Monitoring of Promotions – Regularly monitoring and intimating the category team on the effectiveness of the promotions implemented and its contribution to the overall category growth.
• Category Support – Assisting assigned category in bench-marking prices with continuous tracking of other travel retail operators, online portals. Helping the category in identifying the requirement of new SKU listings

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate or Diploma in Computers or equivalent.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in preparing MIS / Documentation/ Analytics with sound acumen in MS Office (Advanced Excel) and ERP.
• Team Player with strong communication skills.
• Values driven with high level of Integrity.
• Analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Flair for learning ERP software and systems and passion to do data mining.
