Job Detail:
1. Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.
2. Maintain Sales order & Quotation documentation.
3. Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.
4. Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.
5. Gathering and processing research data.
6. Exhibition work management and reasearch on marketing activities.
7. Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.
8. Schedule meetings for staff and managers of associated departments.
9. Preparation of Dispatch reports and Inventory sheet.
10. Documentation of Vendor payments and report.
11. Perform Exhibition management and preparation work.
12. Travel for vendor meetings when needed.
13. Supporting Inventory division and Service division for daily activities.
14. Processing documents and back office work for sales & service division.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹20,225.34 per month
