About the Position
The ideal candidate is a great communicator, listener, and critical thinker with proven analytical and quantitative skills. They must also be a self-starter with a broad knowledge of computer operating systems, and advanced skills in full Microsoft Office suite. Salesforce and/or Sage 100 Contractor is a plus. A background in accounting is helpful but not required.

- Identify and interview executive and management to elicit requirements for system enhancements.
- Gather and document requirements for statistical and financial reporting.
- Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business and user requirements for system or software improvements.
- Establish ROI for proposed new software programs, understanding software costs, maintenance, and implementation costs.
- Develop task lists, timelines, and implementation strategy.
- Collaborate with all business segments to align requirement and solutions.
- Document and identify process/workflow impacts to the organization.
- Oversee third party IT support.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience can be substituted.
Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience on system enhancements required.

Pay: $70,000 – $85,000 per year
