Job Purpose
The eCommerce Business Analyst Intern will work on Graco’s Partner Portal team. Graco’s Partner Portal is a global B2B eCommerce platform utilized by our valued business partners. This role will partner with key business stakeholders and platform users to determine, develop, and document business requirements to ensure maximum system usability.
Responsibilities
Assist with developing business requirements into well-defined user stories and epics.
- Assist in developing detailed design specifications to achieve requirements.
- Develop and execute quality assurance system testing in order to produce defect free user experience.
- Coordinate, assist and document user testing.
- Upon user acceptance, submit a turnover package to operations for production use.
- Assist Partner Portal teams in developing details plans to accomplish approved projects and enhancements on schedule.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine reports and monitoring for long term solution success.
- Communicate effectively with core teams on schedules and statuses of timelines and completion dates.
Preferred Requirements
Education
- Minimum one year of college with a major or concentration in Business Administration, Digital Marketing, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
- A minimum GPA of 3.0.
Experience
- Knowledge or demonstrated coursework in project management techniques such as Agile, Lean, etc.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Spreadsheet software such as tableau, excel, minitab.
Skills/Abilities/Competencies
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills to communicate effectively with development teams and divisional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a great attention to detail.
