Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description:
The Global Banking Industry team is a sectoral team under group, that plays a critical role of facilitating Banking sector growth for Capgemini globally. It works with the largest existing and prospective Banking accounts within, and outside of the FSSBU globally. We analyze markets and client strategies, to create Capgemini’s own strategies for the Banking segment. We help and guide creation of new banking solutions and offerings for our clients, working closely with FSSBU and all the relevant GBLs, for the creation of these solutions as well as their GTM. The resource will be expected to work with not just this team, but also other relevant teams (from FSSBU, group level teams, other GBLs such as Invent, CIS, I&D, key account teams etc as relevant), to understand the pulse of the banking market, and thereby:
(1) Analyze the market and anticipate which offerings might be most pertinent to our clients in 2021 and beyond;
(2) Work with all the above-mentioned teams to create these solutions/offerings and work on their Go-To-Market (GTM);
(3) Work with the account leads of our largest global Banking accounts, with a focus on helping grow the business from these accounts
(4) Get involved with other aspects pertaining to the Banking sector, such as helping with our strategy, working with the marketing team to brand our Banking offers, working to create partnerships with new product solution partners etc.
Important Key points:
Hiring an ideal candidate from a premium institute who’ll be an ideal fit for below roles & responsibilities. The priority is to have them from a good B school, we can do with 2-4 years of work experience, so that the total CTC does not exceed approx. INR 25 lakhs. Lets please stick to Tier 1 B schools such as ISB, the B – Schools we go to for the ELITE cohort, etc. Please avoid lower ranked colleges such as IIM-Kashipur etc.
