About the role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can transform data into valuable insights, and create successful strategies for clients that are innovative and targeted
What you’ll do:
- Work directly with clients and consultants to gather requirements, understand their goals and work with the internal team to develop the best solution
- Liaise with external and internal teams to act as the primary technical contact for queries related to the project
- Work with development teams to get them in sync with client requirements
- Improve processes & methodologies to achieve faster and better delivery of project
- Work on internal projects (product and business intelligence projects) to achieve the goal of the respective team
- Write user stories, document the product requirements, structured workflows and test criteria
- Deliver WOW through service and deliver more than promised. Strive to provide the best solution to the clients, even if that means foregoing prots
- Take initiatives to set up processes in the company and be actively involved in hiring and building the future team
What you’ll need:
- Any Graduate with good academics
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be personable yet persistent
- Strong project instinctsyou have a strong intuition about what users want
- Sense of dataAbility to turn insights into actionable growth initiatives
- Agile thinker with high sense of ownership and accountability
