  • Providing clear, accurate, and concise technical writing As Technical communicators, prepare instruction manuals, journal articles, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information more easily
  • Also develop, gather, and disseminate technical information among customers, designers, and other business stakeholders
    Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals
    Research, develop and document technical design specifications and test scripts
    Produce electronic documentation in addition to hard copy manuals
    Maintain a comprehensive library of technical terminology and documentation
  • Ability to convert dry technical content to easy and digestible text
    Analyze documents to maintain continuity of style of content
    Manage updates and revisions to technical literature
    Candidate should have strong hands on experience on writing web content in Insurance domain
    Candidate should have strong exposure in handling the content and distribution of content end to end and owning the content
  • Exposure in multi domain writing (Social, Web, Newsletter)
    Promotional articles for promoting a specific product line, website, company or business segment
    Managed Content Management Systems (CMS)- hands on knowledge on content customization across platforms
  • Hands on experience in SEO
    Project Management
    Follow process and apply techniques to manage successful creation of new or edited content Use tools and techniques established by team to coordinate and drive the gathering, review, and final end product to meet the established timeline

Qualifications:

  • Engage with Senior Leadership within Guardian for intake and initial assessment of Automation Opportunities He/ She will be responsible for scheduling high level walk throughs for the identified opportunities and initiate development of Cost & Benefit Analysis(CBA) and Biz cases

  • He/ She will be responsible for validating the CBA s with Biz Sponsor and seek approval on submitted Biz cases within stipulated timelines He/ She will be aligned to one or more In-Development Automation Projects in a capacity of a Business AnalystFeasibility study and evaluation of submitted PIF with Business Teams for the identified Automation Opportunities Schedule meetings with Business SME s for initial process walk throughs

  • Develop and Validate CBA s for the Automation opportunities Review the Biz case with CoE lead and share and share it with Business teams for their sign-off s Manage and track locking of Finance saves with Corporate Finance teams

  • Handover of approved Business case to IT teams for development Create Level 5 and Level 7 process maps and seek business sign-off on the same Function as a BA in the process of capturing requirements from the business and create user stories on JIRA Boards

  • Participate in PI planning events Undertake re-programming requests as and when received from the IT team for change in existing documents/ SOP s Manage 2-3 team members and accountable for managing their utilization and project deliveries

  • Individually manage one or more End to End project/s delivery Participate in all governance meeting with Internal & External Stakeholders BA Certifications on RPA platforms (UiPath & Workfusion) will be an added advantage Past experience of working on Automation projects within Guardian or prior to Guardian will be an added advantage Expert in tools like JIRA, SharePoint, MS Visio and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)

  • Hands on experience in driving business improvement using Value stream mapping & other lean tools Should have done at least 2 large Six Sigma projects and 2 Lean implementations with proven revenue / margin returns to the organization Good knowledge of PM methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Prince2 etc will be added advantage

  • Aware of BPO Quality processes like QA evaluations, monitoring, calibration sessions, stratified sampling methods, bottom quartile management process etc
  • Good written and verbal communication to driving meetings and building consensus
  • Knowledge of overall BPO business including Voice, Non-Voice and Blended processes Should have led and managed globally distributed project teams In-depth experience of running meetings, managing notes, following up on next steps Ability to work in ambiguous environment and derive clear actionable from hazy inputs Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and soft skills Ability to handle presentations to senior leadership and handle stakeholders
  • Should have led project teams and has the ability to use logic to convince stakeholders People management, goal setting, team development, team grooming skills Participate in best practice sharing across the team
  • Good people person and should be able to manage and develop his/her team Driving culture of data based decision making Preferably from Health Insurance or Financial Services domain
